Design the thumbnails that make people click around the world. Every pixel matters: composition, contrast, expressions, typography. You test, you iterate, you push CTR through the roof.
What you'll do
- Design high-performance YouTube thumbnails
- A/B test variations to maximize CTR internationally
- Work hand in hand with writers, directors and strategists
- Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across the channel
What we're looking for
- Mastery of Photoshop (and ideally Figma, AI tools, photo retouching)
- Sharp sense of composition and the psychology of the click
- Portfolio of high-performing thumbnails on major channels
- Ability to deliver multiple variants per day without sacrificing quality
