What you'll do
- Define the short-form strategy that feeds the main channel
- Identify the strongest moments of each video and turn them into hooks
- Test formats, angles and hooks to maximize virality
- Analyze performance and iterate continuously
What we're looking for
- Proven track record scaling short-form accounts to millions of views
- Deep understanding of the Shorts / TikTok / Reels algorithms
- Analytical mind paired with creative instincts
- Ability to work fast, in tight loops, with no ego
