Your obsession: YouTube retention. You dissect every second of every video to understand what keeps the audience watching to the end, and what makes them leave.
What you'll do
- Audit retention curves and pinpoint drop-offs
- Build narrative structures optimized second by second
- A/B test hooks, intros, transitions, payoffs and outros
- Train writers and editors on the structures that work
What we're looking for
- Experience working on high-audience YouTube channels
- Mastery of YouTube Studio and analytics tools
- Ability to engineer a script with surgical precision
- Curiosity, rigor and a taste for experimentation
