Orchestrate the production of ambitious YouTube videos: scouting, casting, shoots, post-production, deliverables. You keep the machine running and ensure we ship the best videos ever made.
What you'll do
- Run multi-project production schedules for long-form videos
- Coordinate directors, talent, internal teams and vendors
- Manage budgets, deadlines and on-set logistics
- Spot and unblock issues in real time
What we're looking for
- Experience in video production (film, advertising, TV or major YouTube channels)
- Excellent organization and composure under pressure
- Mastery of project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp...)
- Team spirit, leadership and obsession with results
